Shipping policy
TwinTrendsDesigns currently ships website orders within the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Most of our products are personalised and made to order. Our usual production time is 2–4 business days before dispatch, unless a different processing time is stated on the individual product page.
Business days do not normally include weekends or UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer. Where relevant, updated processing information will be displayed on the website or communicated to you.
Delivery
Available delivery services and their prices are shown at checkout.
Where an Express delivery option is available, Express refers to the delivery service used after your order has been made and dispatched. Choosing Express delivery does not remove or bypass the stated production time for a made-to-order product.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect delivery after dispatch.
Free delivery
Where a free UK delivery offer applies, eligibility is determined by the conditions shown on the website and at checkout.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to amend the address where possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with checking the shipment and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with the delivery provider.
Damaged parcels
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the damaged item and packaging where possible.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
